Police stop driver speeding in school zone in Harbour Grace

RCMP seized a vehicle that was speeding through a school zone in Harbour Grace on Tuesday.

The 18-year-old driver was travelling 111 km/h in a 50 km/h zone and was approaching the 30 km/h school zone near St. Francis School.

He was ticketed for speeding and the vehicle was seized and his licence was suspended.
