Police searching for missing person in St. John's

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is seeking assistance in locating a missing person.

Fifty-two-year-old Carl Heffernan was last seen on Friday at approximately 10:00 am in the area of Hazelwood Crescent in St. John’s.

Heffernan is described as being 5-foot-10, 280 lbs., with sparse grey hair. She was last seen wearing a black and red jacket, and a blue shirt with grey jogging pants.
