Police respond to suspicious package at the St. John’s International Airport

On Thursday evening the RNC responded to a report of a suspicious package at the St. John’s International Airport.

Airport staff located a unattended package and requested police assistance.

Officers with the Explosive Disposal Unit determined the package was safe and it was returned to the rightful owner.
