Police receiving a number of tips in Harbour Grace homicide

Since providing an update on a homicide in Harbour Grace earlier this week, the RCMP has seen an influx of information.

The investigation is continuing, at this time no new information has been released.

Adam Mercer was been identified as the victim. He was at Irving Gas Bar in Harbour Grace and later that day at the Baccalieu Trail Pharmacy in South River.

Multiple suspects have been identified, but RCMP has not provided any details.

At this time RCMP believe there were multiple individuals involved and there were several witnesses and are urging people to come forward with any information, regardless of how insignificant it may seem.
