Police provide update on Harbour Grace homicide

The RCMP is continuing to investigate a homicide that occurred in Harbour Grace on April 9.

Adam Mercer has been identified as the victim. He was at Irving Gas Bar in Harbour Grace and later that day at the Baccalieu Trail Pharmacy in South River.

Multiple suspects have been identified, but RCMP have not provided any details.

Police are looking for three vehicles of interest. Police are searching for a black Ford F150, a black Subaru hatchback and a grey Mazda 3 hatchback.

At this time RCMP believe there were multiple individuals involved and there were several witnesses and are urging people to come forward with any information, regardless of how insignificant it may seem.

There will continue to be a continued police presence in the community.
