Police Investigating Theft from Truck in Boyd’s Cove

The RCMP is investigating a theft from a utility truck parked on the side of Route 331 in Boyd’s Cove that occurred sometime between November 20 and 21.
On November 21, police received the report and learned that the suspect(s) cut the locks off of toolboxes located in the utility truck. A STIHL chainsaw with a 16-inch bar, De Walt drill, Mastercraft socket set, and wrench set was stolen.
A dump truck parked in the same area was also damaged.
