Police Investigating ATV Collision on Bell Island

The RCMP on Bell Island is investigating an ATV collision that occurred on Christmas Eve.

RCMP responded to a report of an ATV collision on Hussey Street at about 9:30 pm. An ambulance crew arrived on the scene and the driver and lone occupant, a 47-year-old Bell Island man, was transported to Dr. Walter Templeman Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation into the collision is continuing and will look to determine if alcohol was a factor.
