Police Investigate Fire on Bell Island

Bell Island RCMP responds to an early morning fire at an apartment building on Bell Island.

RCMP on Bell Island are investigating after an apartment fire on Tuesday.

Police and Wabana Fire Department responded to the early morning blaze.

The sole occupant of the building was able to escape the fire. Due to the high winds, neighbouring homes were evacuated as a precaution.
