Police arrest man for impaired driving in CBS

The RNC responded to a call of a possible impaired driver in the parking lot of a restaurant in CBS Sunday evening.

Responding officers located the vehicle matching the description given. The 27-year-old male was taken in for the breathalyzer.

The male is charged with refusal of the breathalyzer, impaired driving, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, failing to remain at the scene of an accident, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and breaching his release order.

He was held to appear in court.
