Police Arrest 30-Year-Old Male for Impaired Driving After Finding Him Passed Out Behind the Wheel

Just before 12:30 a.m. RNC Patrol Services responded to a report of a male passed out behind the wheel at a business in Mount Pearl.

Upon arrival, police arrested the 30 year old male for impaired driving and conveyed him back to the RNC Mount Pearl Detachment where the male provided two breath samples which resulted in a fail.

The male was charged with impaired driving and his vehicle was impounded. Police released the male on documents to appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
