Pitts Memorial Drive’s CN Viaduct Closing This Evening #nltraffic

The westbound lanes of Pitts Memorial Drive’s CN Viaduct leading from downtown St. John’s will be temporarily closed beginning at 8:00 p.m. this evening for the bridge deck to be lifted for concrete repairs.

The lanes are expected to reopen by 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24.

During this time, motorists will be required to use an alternate route.

There will be no disruption to traffic heading into the downtown area in the eastbound lanes.
