Piccadilly resident arrested for impaired driving on ATV #nltraffic

On Saturday morning the RCMP arrested a 23-year-old Piccadilly man for impaired driving.

An officer on patrol on Main Road in Piccadilly observed the ATV being operated on the road.

The officer approached the driver when he stopped at a local store. The driver showed signs of impairment and failed a roadside breath test.

He was arrested and transported to the detachment where he provided breath samples that were above the legal limit.

He was released to appear in court at a later date on charges of impaired driving.

The ATV was seized.
