Philip Butler Found Not Guilty

Yesterday morning Philip Butler was found not guilty in the death of his brother.

Butler was charged two years ago.

He was accused of killing his brother, George Butler, in Conception Bay South back in 2018.

At one point during the trial Butler said that anything he may have done was out of fear for his life.
