Perry Trimper's wife Caroline Hong has died

MHA Perry Trimper's wife Caroline Hong has died. She was 56.

The MHA for Lake Melville announced her passing on Sunday.

Trimper announced back in January that he would focus his attention on his family as his wife was dealing with a serious medical issue.

There will be a gathering at the Happy Valley-Goose Bay United Church on Wednesday and a celebration of her life at the Northern Lights Chapel of 5 Wing Goose Bay on Thursday.
