Paradise Turns 50

On July 13, 1971, the Town of Paradise was officially incorporated as a municipality.

On Saturday the main event to mark the celebration will take place with a concert in Paradise Park with an afternoon and evening session.

Several other events are also planned.

Paradise was first settled in the late 1800s and was an area used primarily for farming and logging. According to the 2016 Canadian census, the population of Paradise is 21,389, after recording a 21% increase in population over five years.
