Ongoing Police Operation Near Trans Canada Highway and Crooked Lake Road

RCMP Newfoundland and Labrador is currently conducting a police operation in the area of the Trans Canada Highway and Crooked Lake Road.

Residents and travelers in the area will see a heavy police presence, including our Emergency Response Team. Police do not believe there is an immediate risk to public safety, but are asking those in the area to report any suspicious activity or persons by calling 9-1-1.
