One person was sent to hospital following a two vehicle collision in West End of St. John's on Saturday

One person was sent to hospital with minor injuries following a two vehicle collision in the West End of St. John's on Saturday.

Just before 7:20 p.m. on Saturday May 15, emergency services were called to the intersection of Hazelwood Crescent and Topsail Road for a two vehicle collision, both vehicles involved did sustain significant damage as a result of the crash.

One person was sent to hospital with what are believed to be minor injuries. Traffic was slowed in the area as emergency personnel investigated the crash.
