One person sent to hospital following two vehicle collision in Conception Bay South, Sunday night

At around 8:00 p.m. On Sunday, Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Minerals Road and Conception Bay Highway in to town of Conception Bay South for reports of a two vehicle crash.

One Person was sent to hospital as a result of the crash, it is unknown if the person has any injuries.

Traffic was closed on Conception Bay Highway to go straight onto Rideouts Road, traffic on Minerals Road was diverted to go right on to Conception Bay Highway tell the scene could be cleared.

Both vehicles did sustain serious damage as a result of the crash.
