One person sent to hospital following collision in Corner Brook

On Friday afternoon the RNC in Corner Brook responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision in the parking lot of a business in the Murphy Square area.

A passenger in one of the vehicles had sustained injuries and was transported to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital via ambulance.

Both vehicles sustained major damage and had to be towed from the area.

The driver of one of the vehicles was issued a summary ticket for changing lanes when it was unsafe to do so.
