One New COVID-19 Cases and One Presumptive Positive Case

On Thursday the province reported one new case and one presumptive positive case of COVID-19 in the Eastern Health region.

The individual is a close contact of a previously known case. The individual is a member of the same household.

This confirmed case is connected to the recent cluster. It has been determined that the daycare is not the source of the infection.

There is no one in the hospital.

To date, 81,345 people have been tested.
