One male taken into custody following incident in Upper Island Cove

One man has been taken into custody in Upper Island Cove.

Residents can resume normal activities.

Public Advisory: Bay Roberts RCMP is responding to an incident at a residence on Hussey’s Lane in Upper Island Cove.

The public is asked to avoid the area to allow officers to conduct their work and may encounter road closures.

There is no current risk to public safety.
