One break, enter and theft suspect in Steady Brook makes court appearance


The RCMP has made an arrest in connection with a break, enter and theft that occurred at the Orange Store in Steady Brook.


Police arrested 41-year-old Justin Burton on Friday. Burton attended court to answer to several charges including Break and Enter, Theft under $5000, four counts of Possession of property obtained by crime, and two counts of Breach of a court order.


Burton was identified as one of three people that forced entry inside the business and stole a large number of lottery pull tabs on February 13.


The investigation into the identity of the remaining two suspects is continuing.
