No serious injuries following two-vehicle collision in Mount Pearl, Tuesday afternoon

Emergency services responded to a two-vehicle collision in Mount Pearl on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident occurred on Sagona Avenue near Clyde Avenue just before 1:30 p.m. Upon arrival, crews found two SUVs that had collided, resulting in moderate damage to both vehicles. One individual was taken to a nearby ambulance but it's unclear if the individual was taken to hospital. The driver of the second vehicle was reported to be unharmed. Traffic in the area was impacted for a period of time following the accident.
