No New COVID-19 Cases in NL

Dr. Janice Fitzgerald, Chief Medical Officer of Health announced this afternoon that there are no new cases of COVID-19 in the province.

There are now 227 cases in Eastern Health, 8 in Central Health, 3 in Western Health, and 6 cases in Labrador-Grenfell Health.

There are 8 people hospitalized, 3 are in ICU.

There have been 3 deaths.

149 people have recovered. To date, 5,021 people have been tested.

Premier Ball says don't let these numbers let you think we are heading back to normal life. After a report from Oceanx, Premier Ball says that the province is exploring other options.

Minister Haggie says that we do not yet know the impact of Easter.
