NL's Streak of No Cases Ends As 1 New COVID-19 Case Confirmed

There is one new case of COVID-19 in Newfoundland and Labrador today, Saturday, April 25, 2020. The new case is in the Eastern Health Region.

In total there are 257 cases. Eastern Health has 239, There are 8 cases in Central Health, 4 in Western Health, and Labrador-Grenfell Health has 6 cases.

Five people are in hospital due to the virus. Of these patients, two are in intensive care. There have been three deaths from COVID-19.

Two hundred and eight people have recovered. There are 46 active cases.

To date, 7,332 people have been tested.

This is the first case in seven days.
