NL Moving to Alert Level Two

Today there is one new case of COVID-19 in the Eastern Health Region. The source of that case is under investigation.

Currently, there are three active cases, all of which are located in Eastern Health. One person is in hospital.

On Saturday the entire province will move to Alert Level Two. In alert level two, gatherings are limited to 50 people.

Beginning on Friday, both doctors and pharmacists can say if they want to provide vaccinations and will receive doses. So far the province has administered over 53,000 vaccines.
