NL Health Services launches provincial patient relations office

NL Health Services has opened a provincial Patient Relations Office. The health authority says the new office will improve the way the health authority receives and responds to feedback, including compliments, complaints and other inquiries.

The new contact information for NL Health Services’ Patient Relations Office is by telephone at 1-844-776-4400 or by email at patient.relations@nlhealthservices.ca

The goal is for initial calls and emails to be answered within three business days, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.

Moving forward, patients are asked to direct their feedback to the new contact information provided. To support the transition period, if the existing zone-specific telephone numbers and emails are used by a patient after this date, this information will be automatically redirected and received by the provincial Patient Relations Office.
