New hospital to be built to replace St. Clare's

In a healthcare infrastructure announcement this morning the provincial government announced that St. Clare's Mercy Hospital will be replaced with a new hospital.

The site for the new hospital has yet to be determined. No dates have been announced for any consultations or the estimated cost of the project.

St. Clare's Mercy Hospital has a history dating back to 1922.
