New Auditor General Appointed

Denise Hanrahan has been appointed as the Auditor General of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Speaker of the House of Assembly Derek Bennett made the announcement on Wednesday.

She succeeds Julia Mullaley, who resigned on March 11, 2020.

Hanrahan’s appointment was confirmed by resolution of the House of Assembly on April 20.
