Mount Pearl Tax Notices is on The Way

The City of Mount Pearl Tax Notices is on the way. It will be mailed to residents.

The City says that the bill looks different from before. The City has rolled out several new systems, including ones for taxation and utility billing.

Different this year will be one notice on two installments. The new Tax Notice highlights the amount owing for the entire year. As always, payment due dates are still twice per year with the first installment due February 15 and the second installment due July 30.

If using preauthorized payments to pay your tax bill all payments will now be deducted on the last day of the month. If the last day of the month falls on a weekend, the payment will be taken on the next business day.
