Motorcyclist Taken to Hospital after Colliding with Vehicle in Donovan’s

A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after colliding with a vehicle in Donovan’s on Thursday.

Emergency personnel were alerted about the call at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Thursday near the intersection of Clyde Avenue and Bruce Street in Donovan’s. Crews arrived and treated the injured motorcyclist. The operator was placed on a stretcher and transported to hospital for further observation. It is currently unknown what the extent of his injuries are.

The driver of the SUV was visibly shaken up and remained on scene. Both the SUV and motorcycle sustained moderate damage.

Traffic was slightly slowed and reduced to one lane in both directions as crews attended the scene.
