More COVID-19 changes coming next week as 287 new cases reported


There are 287 new cases of COVID-19 today.


Regional breakdown:

  • Eastern Health 177

  • Central Health 45

  • Western Health 56

  • Labrador-Grenfell Health 9

There are 17 people are in hospital. There have been 206 new recoveries and there are 1,902 active cases.


As of 12:01 am on Monday formal gatherings with up to 75 percent capacity are permitted.

For faith-based services 75 percent capacity is permitted with the vax pass. Dancing will be permitted, but masks must continue to be worn.


As of tomorrow if someone in your household has COVID-19 you may still go to work or school providing you get tested.


Anyone who has had COVID-19 in the last three months will not need to get tested or isolate unless they are symptomatic.
