Minister Howell to Launch Early Learning Gateway

Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Education, will make an announcement today to launch the Early Learning Gateway to help improve access to early learning and child care in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Minister Howell will be joined by Jennifer Quilty of Apples to Zebras Daycare, Inc.
