Man in custody after violent robbery at the Avalon Mall

A 28-year-old male was arrested after a violent robbery at the Avalon Mall that occurred on Sunday evening.

When officers arrived at the mall, the suspect managed to evade police.

The accused was located after midnight in the center city and was arrested.

The man will appear in court this morning.
