Man in critical condition after ATV crash in Cape St. George

A man in his twenties is in critical condition after an ATV crash on Friday that occurred along Route 460 in Cape St. George.

Police say the ATV departed the roadway and crashed into a tree.

The driver was not wearing a helmet and was thrown from the ATV.

He was transported to Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville and to the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s.

The investigation is continuing.
