Man dead following vehicle-bicycle collision in downtown Corner Brook last night.

Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Reid Street and Humber Park at about 9:00 p.m. following the collision. Reports from the scene indicate a cyclist was trapped over the vehicle.

The cyclist was assessed by paramedics at the scene but the male had already succumbed to his injuries.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary are investigating.
