Man Dead After Crash on Pitts Memorial Drive #nltraffic

A 58-year-old man has died following a car crash on Tuesday afternoon on Pitts Memorial Drive.

Police say it was a single-vehicle accident and that the car came to a stop in the median.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 58-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed for several hours. The RNC continues to investigate.
