Man charged with muiltple commercial break-ins on the Northeast Avalon

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has charged a man in connection with a string of recent break-ins at businesses on the Northeast Avalon.

Police say, Ryan King, 36 years old of St. John’s, has been charged in relation to eight break-ins at businesses on the Northeast Avalon. The charges include:

• Eight counts of break and enter

• Eight counts of breach of probation

• Sixteen counts of breach of a release order

The accused remained in custody from a previous arrest, and has appeared in Provincial Court in connection with these new charges.
