Man charged with attempted murder after incident in Sheshatshiu
On Friday morning the RCMP were called to a residential disturbance at a home in Sheshatshiu.
Responding officers located an injured man who required urgent medical attention. He was transported to the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay for medical treatment.
RCMP has charged 36-year-old Christopher Abraham with attempted murder, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon, mischief, and uttering threats.
Abraham attended court on Friday and was remanded into custody. He will appear in court again on Monday afternoon.
