Man charged after theft in Corner Brook

The RNC was called to a business on Mount Bernard Avenue in Corner Brook on Friday afternoon after receiving a complaint that a male had stolen several items.

Officers spoke with the complainant who identified the male and advised officers that he had taken a number of products from the business and had not paid for it.

A fifty-two-year-old resident of Corner Brook was arrested and charged with Theft under $5000.

The accused was released from custody to appear in court at a later date.
