Man Charged After Indecent Act Report at St. John’s Hospital

A 66-year-old man has been charged following a report of an indecent act at a hospital in St. John’s.

The RNC responded to the facility around 7:48 p.m. on March 18 after receiving a complaint that an incident was in progress.

Police say officers spoke with complainants at the scene and located a man who had been causing issues at the hospital.

The man was arrested and charged with breach of an undertaking. He was held in custody to appear in court the following morning.
