Man charged after going through vehicles at Health Sciences Centre

A 24-year-old man is facing multiple charges after an incident at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s on Tuesday morning.
An RNC officer on patrol in the area at approximately 9:40 a.m. on June 9 observed security guards pursuing a man on hospital property.
Police and security personnel were able to catch up with and detain the suspect.
According to police, officers learned the man had allegedly been going through parked vehicles around the hospital grounds.
The suspect was arrested and charged with mischief, three counts of breaching a release order and two counts of breaching probation.
