Man Charged After Damaging Vehicles and Disrupting Traffic

A 36-year-old man was arrested and charged after allegedly stopping traffic and damaging vehicles on June 21.

Police said officers responded to a complaint at approximately 10 p.m. reporting that a man was blocking traffic and causing damage to vehicles as they attempted to pass.

Officers located the suspect a short time later and arrested him. During the arrest, police alleged the man resisted officers.

The man was charged with property damage and resisting arrest. He was held in custody pending a court appearance.
