Man breaches court order and faces multiple charges


Twenty-nine-year-old Justin King of Western Bay was arrested by on April 21, for breaching a court ordered condition. He is facing multiple charges after police seized a quantity of cash and drugs and recovered a stolen vehicle and stolen property.


A search warrant was obtained for a vehicle that was in his possession and the following items were located and seized:

  • A quantity of cash

  • A quantity of suspected crystal methamphetamine

  • A catalytic converter

  • A battery-powered saw

  • A vehicle jack


Further investigation led officers to the recovery of a stolen truck from a Clarke’s Beach residence.


The accused is charged with:

  • Possession of methamphetamine

  • Two counts of property obtained by crime

  • Theft of a motor vehicle

  • Six counts of breaching a court order


King attended court on April 22 and was released on additional conditions and is set to attend court at a later date.
