Man arrested on five outstanding warrants in St. John's

On Friday afternoon the RNC observed a known male in the St. John's area who was actively evading police.

The 19-year-old male was arrested at the scene with five outstanding warrants.

As well, the male was charged with failing to attend court and breach of a probation order.

He was taken into custody and held to appear in court.
