Man Arrested on five Canada wide warrants in Corner Brook

On Sunday evening the RNC in Corner Brook arrested a man on five Canada wide warrants.

The 40-year-old male was arrested in the area of Confederation Drive.

The male was held in custody and will appear in Court.

Canada-wide warrants are warrants that are not attached to particular jurisdictions.

It can only be issued by a judge of a superior court and not a provincial court judge.
