Man arrested for impaired driving following traffic stop in Corner Brook

On Saturday evening the RNC in Corner Brook conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Herald Avenue.

The 25-year-old male driver was charged with impaired driving and impaired driving with a blood alcohol level exceeding 80 mg per 100 ml of blood.

Police seized the vehicle and the man's driver's license was suspended.

The accused was released to appear in court at a later date.
