Man arrested following unusual incident at a city's west-end business

Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) encountered an unusual scene at a west end establishment. A man in nothing but his underwear greeted them when they responded to the call just after 10 p.m. last night.

The 57-year-old individual was apprehended for causing a disturbance and engaging in mischief, leading to an overnight stay in the lockup.
