Man arrested following disturbance at a hotel in Mount Pearl

Just after midnight, the RNC responded to a disturbance at a hotel in Mount Pearl.

Responding officers arrested a 49-year-old male for multiple charges including assault, mischief, uttering threats, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer after a brief investigation.

The man also has an outstanding arrest warrant.

He was taken into custody and held to appear in court this morning.
