Man arrested following break and enter in St. John's

On July 21, at 12:10 am members of the RNC Patrol Services responded to a break and enter at a residence in the east end of St. John’s.


Upon police arrival, the male suspect who was known to the homeowners ran out the back door.


Officers chased the male and a struggle ensued outside; ending with the arrest of the suspect.


The 43 year old male was conveyed to the lockup, charged with break and enter, assault with a weapon, assaulting a peace officer, resisting arrest, and breaching a release order.
